What if I run out of web space?
A: You can always add a second reseller plan or update to the next
larger account or upgrade to a VPS server account.
Q:
Who provides customer service for my hosting customers?
A: You do. The reseller control panel allows you to access all domains.
Add and delete domains, MySQL databases, e-mail boxes, adjust space,
etc. cPanel-Host will be responsible for the general technical
maintenance of the server.
Q:
How do I bill my customers?
A: If you do not have any solution set up yet, by far the best,
easiest and fastest (immediate) solution seems 2CheckOut
which integrates a shopping cart (you may not even need that for
Web hosting services) with a credit card processing system in one
package. They do have a one time $49 setup fee, but there are no
further monthly fees (quite different from most other billing services!).
Those with much of their customer base outside the U.S. may want
to have a look at
WorldPay,
BIBIT,
and SWREG.
You may also consider to add PayPal,
but might loose prospective hosting customers if only offering PayPal.

All these credit card processing solutions work well with cPanel-Host
reseller hosting plans. For businesses generating a profit of more
than $3,000 a month we suggest getting a real merchant
account.
